This resource will accompany Luke21’s Episode 519 “The Little Season Revelation 20” airing soon.
The “Little Season” described in Book of Revelation 20 is one of the most important—and often overlooked—keys to understanding biblical prophecy.
While brief in duration, this period carries enormous significance. It describes what happens at the very end of the present age, just before the Second Coming of Christ.
Scripture reveals a clear progression: Satan is bound during the long “thousand years” (the present Church Age), preventing him from deceiving the nations on a global scale. But at the end of this period, he is released for a “little while”—a short but intense season marked by widespread deception, rebellion, and persecution.
This final period aligns with the “great apostasy” described in Second Epistle to the Thessalonians 2, including the rise of the man of lawlessness (Antichrist). Together, these passages provide a complete picture of the events leading directly to Christ’s return.
Understanding the Little Season helps clarify:
- Why the Gospel has spread globally during the Church Age
- What changes at the very end of history
- How Scripture describes the final trial before Christ returns
